HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!
I am excited about the new and fun things I will be doing this year. I wrote a blog about the new year that you can see by checking out the "BLOG" page. Here is a summary for the month of January.
I will be heading back to San Francisco next week after my birthday on January 7th and already I have a photo shoot with long time friend and make-up artist Jonathan Reisfeld, and have a meeting with Allison Craig, a musician/costumer who contacted me today about becoming our head costume builder and designer for Zomburlesque!
As you can see I got my shots back for the EP I am finally releasing this year and I cannot wait to find out what else is going to come my way this new year!
I had a great time getting dolled up to do a gothic photo shoot!
Thats right! I was board and wanted to do some fun stuff with make-up!
I am really excited about this because these are going to be great idea's for a new web series we are doing in 6 months!
Soon, I will also be teaching my own class on Special Effects Make-up! Its going to be a lot of fun! I already have a few people interested.
If you want to see more of the pictures go to the Gallery Page!
This one was a actually a botched job. I originally tried to do something very reptilian and since I don't have the tools I need to make it as realistic as I would have liked I decided to rip off the latex and this is what I ended up with!
Not bad. Eh?
I am going to attempt to do the reptile again. I am really curious on how to make the scales without a latex mask but for next time, I will be getting a latex mask. I found one that I am extremely excited to try.
Will let you know how it goes!
By now I assume you know that I was bored and wanted to be creative. This is one of my favorite pictures from the photo shoots I did with myself. I love the amber looking light and the eye color came out great!
This is my "I want to believe" pose.
You know, like the X-Files.
Right? You ever see the X-Files…. No?…Oh…
It was pretty good. I'm just saying… I think its on Netflix…hint!
I'm a woman of all trades. Love what I do and I do what I love.
