Well, Turkey Day is upon us! And I am so thrilled to show off our newest sketch from Britt And Molly! The Super Shade Bowl! I will admit, I didn't know what "Throwing Shade" was until a friend of mine told me what it was but after doing this sketch I now fully understand what "Throwing Shade is" and What's "NOT" Shade. Do you know? Watch our Sketch below!
And Happy Thanksgiving!
This is a year to be thankful for, for sure! It's been a crazy year for me. I lost another 20 lbs. I got married and was surrounded by my loved ones, at a wedding my husband and I planned together. Our friends helped set up. And our community pitched in to make magical.
I got to meet one of my best friends new babies! Met one of my husbands friends wife and son, whom I'd only talked to on the phone.
Went out of the country for the first time as an adult to Mexico. I saw ancient ruins from cities lost long ago, met an amazing woman while on a shaman journey, and grew as a person.
Achieved several of my career goals: Acting Agent, Manager, Comedy duo, acting on stage and screen, first commercial and TV show gigs, etc. Its crazy. I am so thankful for all of it. Even the not so good stuff, like Sean (my husband) loosing his job 4 days after our honeymoon...lol... The Election...Yeah, that sucked....but overall, right now. Life is good and I am surrounded by loving wonderful people, whom I care about greatly and who care about me.
The people in my life have shaped me and I hope that I have helped shape them and make them feel loved.
With all that is going on in the world today, I feel that being thankful for the things we have is so important. Our liberties, our voices, our rights, our lives, our families and friends. These are things that have been taken away from others, and I am thankful that right now, I have a voice. I am able to express myself creatively and as a woman. I will always fight for my rights and for tho se I love around me. And I am thankful for that ability.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!
I hope you have a great day!
My Husband and I are big fans of Rick and Morty.
I had a great last few days, working on "The Circle" by Tina Lifford. Acclaimed TV actress, now writer and producer of this project. I got to be apart of a performance where we showcased "The Circle" to a group of professional working women, with the Women's Empowerment Initiative. Performing raw and emotional content to over 200+ Women and Men. This group of all actresses were incredible today and I am proud to have been apart of a cast of powerful women. Not only that, I am proud to have brought real women issues to cooperate america and had some impact on their lives. It was a wonderful experience and I am so happy to have been apart of it!
I'm a woman of all trades. Love what I do and I do what I love.
